Appraisal Services and Coverage Area
If you've ordered commercial appraisal services before, you've
probably experienced inconsistent quality, report delays, incompetence
of property type, and a lack of flexibility about your needs. You can't
make the decisions you need to that way. That's where Fletcher &
Company leaves our competition behind.
Fletcher & Company Provides Expert Commercial Real Estate
Appraisals and Consulting Services throughout the southeast to include
Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North
Carolina. Although Fletcher & Company is primarily a commercial
real estate appraisal firm, we also provide real estate appraisals for
single-family and small income (2-4 units) multi-family residential
properties to complete the full spectrum of real estate types, which is
a contributing factor that makes us a leading full service real estate
appraisal firm in the southeast. At this time, our coverage area
for single-family and small income (2-4 units) multi-family residential
properties is limited to the state of Georgia, however we are looking
to expand our coverage for these property types throughout the
southeast as well.
Based on training and experience, our range of real estate appraisal
and consulting services include:
- Appraisals for federal and non-federal related transaction lending situations
- Tax Assessment Review
- Eminent domain and condemnation property transactions
- Dispute resolution – divorce, estate settlements, property partition suits, foreclosures and zoning issues
- Capitalization rate studies
- Market rent and trend studies

• Restaurants Special Purpose or Complex Property Types to include but not limited to: |
*Note - If you are inquiring about a property type or service that is not listed above, call us, we probably cover it since there are very few services and property types we don’t deal with.
Not Afraid of the Tough Ones
It can be a major chore just to find appraisers to bid on some special purpose properties, large projects or a portfolio of properties. It's too easy for our competition to turn down the hard ones knowing that the next phone call will bring a property type they're familiar with or a property that is not located outside their sphere of interest. We take those calls because we have a research team that is second-to-none and our appraisal staff likes the challenge.
Fluid Thoughts, Flexible Solutions
We admit it - you probably know things about a property we don't. After the appraisal is done, you can call us and we're happy to discuss the report and consider any additional information you would like. We don't stonewall our clients with inflexible thinking or a difficult attitude. We know you don't get treated that way with any other product or service and we won't do that to you or any other client.
